Fall is here and along with it came winter! It has been FREEZING! Dylan is his usual bundle of energy. He went to the doctors for his 18month check-up and he moved up to the 25th percentile for height and the 10th percentile for weight. He is growing! He still fits into some of his clothes from last year- but at least I didn't have to buy a ton of new stuff! There is a plus side to everthing.

For Halloween Dylan was a baseball player for our ward party and a lion for trick or treating. He finally got the hang of knocking on doors and gettign candy. He would get mad when I wouldn't let him eat the candy though. (He must take after his mom... hehe). We knocked on one doors house and I guess he was tired so he sat himself down on the doorstep and growled at the kids coming up the steps. We were all laughing. It was the perfect night for trick-or-treating... not to hot or cold. We were lucky cause the next day was raining/snowing and just plain yucky!

Dylan and Daddy as baseball players... We were lucky that it fell during fall break so we didn't have to take as much time off of work. It is a nasty little virus that you can't really do anything about. When we took him to the Dr's the next week he had a double ear infection too! I just feel like the BEST mom ever for noticing it. (NOT) Oh well... he wasn't acting any more onery than he usually is.

Anyway... I am excited for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is always one of my favorite times of the year. (And we get breaks for school.. so that always helps!)

The Chambershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10568804914059914869noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1774013813938015978.post-77482904551773980042011-08-13T10:59:00.004-06:002011-08-13T15:58:06.128-06:00I am the worst blogger ever...

I probably check other people's blogs every other day... and how often do I update mine?! This is ridiculous. It's not like nothing is going on because there are lots of things happening... I just would rather update facebook because it's easier and less time consuming.

Highlights of the summer

school got out (yay! I survived my first year!)

Ryan went down to Cedar City for 10 days for 3 masters classes at SUU. I got to visit him for the weekend and hang out with the Dawes from our old ward in Provo. They have a little boy Trey a month older than Dylan so they had a fun time.

Seven Peaks water park with friends... Dylan LOVES water and splashing around in it.

BBQ's at the Bergerons. We love going and hanging out with the Bergerons at their new house (not that we didn't like hanging out with them before). Dylan and Izzy have a fun time playing with each other and it is just nice to relax and hang out with good friends.

Trip to RI- We flew out to RI to help my parents with house stuff since they are going to be moving next year. It was fun to be with family and to go to the beach. I love RI and I will miss it a lot when they move to Virginia.

Plane rides with Dylan- this was NOT fun... he is a very active little boy and being on a plane for 5 hours was not good times. I also hate the Vegas airport- which we were stuck at for several hours.

Boating- we only went boating once with Matt and Angie this year... unfortunately I had been up puking the night before (I'm NOT pregnant) and was still quite sick that day. I took drugs and laid on the front of the boat. Ryan had fun though and Dylan loved watching the water and feeling the breeze in his long luscious locks.. haha

ALASKA- we went to visit my brother in Alaska WITHOUT Dylan. He stayed with Grandma and Grandpa Chambers in California. We were gone from Utah for a total of 18 days... 7 in Alaska and the rest in Cali. It was so nice to get away from it all and be in the wilderness... haha. We flew to Fairbanks- hung out there for awhile and saw some sites. We went to my Dad's sister Elaines house and had moose stroganough (sp?) which surprisingly wasn't that bad. They also ate King Crab legs which I didn't partake of. We went four-wheeling through the Alaskan Wilderness which was a lot of fun. We then drove down to Denali and went white water rafting and saw some pretty scenery and went on a hike. We also saw some dogs that they use for work in the winter... they were so excited to get to pull a sled! Just like a bunch of kids saying "pick me! pick me!!" We then drove down to Anchorage. Ryan went fishing and tried to catch Salmon... but instead caught some trout that he just released since we can get those in Utah. Now he wants to go back just to go fishing so he can bring home 60lbs of salmon. We were supposed to go Sea Kayaking in Seward but it was stormy that day and they were expecting 6 foot swells so it was a no go. All in all we had a great trip and Adam was a great tour guide.

Now it is back to school already and summer is practically over! It is sad looking back and seeing how fast it went by. Hopefully the school year will go by fast too and it will be summer before I know it!

Here are a few pictures to prove that we actually did some things...

Dylan at a cool pool in St. George. He doesn't walk anymore... he RUNS! He doesn't stop until he sleeps... is this what all boys do? During church the other day he made it all the way up to the stand. Maybe it's cause he saw Daddy up there and maybe it is just a way to embarrass Mom. He also crawled under a few pews and then freaked out when he looked up and saw some strangers. It was funny because the 1st counselors little boy (who is a few months younger than Dylan but twice his size) crawled under a few pews too and did the same thing. I guess they both wanted to go see their dads.

He is such a funny boy and always making us laugh... mostly when he trips and runs into something because he wasn't looking (and don't worry...we don't laugh when he cries or gets seriously injured) I just hope he doesn't loose too many brain cells.
The Chambershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10568804914059914869noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1774013813938015978.post-68900319511808342182011-04-16T11:00:00.008-06:002011-04-16T11:36:31.644-06:00My big 1 year oldI can't believe it has already been over a year.... Here are some things that Dylan loves/has loved to do over the past year.

He is such a good sleeper... pretty much through the night since 6 weeks old.

He makes the funniest faces and LOVES to smile at everyone.

He has this cute funny laugh- half grunt, half laugh

He hates having his diaper changed... gets all squirmy and tries to get away.

He loves milk... especially when it comes from a bottle.

Hates his sippy cup. He thinks it is a toy rather than a method of drinking.

It took him forever to figure out crawling... but as soon as he did figure it out he was moving a mile a minute.

It only took him a day to figure out stairs.

He loves pulling himself up to stand.

He likes to play with his bat and ball... and is getting pretty good at throwing.

He loves to play in the bath... especially when he got his toys. Now he has a basketball hoop and he likes to "slam dunk" it.

He has been bright eyed and bushy tailed since day 1...

He would stare and not blink for minutes at a time... he could beat anyone in a staring contest.

He has many nicknames- Bugs, Dilly Bug, Dill Pickle, Bob (Dylan), Bugga, and Dyl.

He hates grass...

He loves being outside

He has a fascination of doors... he will open and close them ALL day if he could.

He likes pulling himself up to his toy box and taking the toys out.

He will sit and "read" his books all by himself.

His favorite foods change daily... but he loves avocado, chicken, pizza, spaghetti, applesauce, yogurt, cheese, ice cream, pears, and soup.

He doesn't know the meaning of quiet... and proves it all the time in church.

I am afraid that once he really starts walking it will turn into a run VERY quickly.

He has lots of energy and is always on the move.

He loves Puma and Fenway... I can tell Dylan and Fenway are going to be inseparable when we gets a little older.

He has the cutest dimples on his upper cheek... they come out when he smiles and screams!

He is little but makes up for his smallness in fiestiness.

It has been such a blessing to have this sweet little boy in our lives. I hear people say this all the time... but having a child changes everything (in a good way). It has brought Ryan and I closer and made me realize what true love is. I love my family and all the little quirks we have. It will be a interesting next few years as Ryan is now in the Bishopric. I am grateful to have a supportive, loving and great husband who is such a great example to me. Dylan is lucky to have such a great Dad!

Here are pictures throughout the year- He changes a TON... he looks like a completely different child! We love you Dylan and are so glad you decided to come into our family!

<img style="cursor:pointer; I think we were more excited than him but he still had a great time! Ryan's parent's and grandma were able to come up from California and spend a week with us during christmas. It was nice having them here to celebrate with us! We also had a lot of my family with us after christmas. Gordon, Carrie, and Geoffrey from Vermont came out... which was so much fun cause we never get to see them! My parents arrived the day after christmas and were able to stay for a few days. Ian, Susan and family came the Monday after christmas and stayed for a week and Julia moved out here! It was a lot of fun and I couldn't have asked for a better first christmas for Dylan. Here are some pictures of the week!

Dylan putting up his stocking on Christmas Eve... he kept trying to eat the bear!

Christmas morning getting ready to open his first present... he got the hang out of after awhile.

(he isn't always bug eyed in real life... I have never been there before and it is now going to be a fall tradition. We invited Mike, Penny, Izzy, Guillaume and Dana with us and had a great time. After they came over for some nice Beef Stew which hit the spot!

We started off with a hay ride that brought us to the pumpkin patch. We found the perfect spot and took pictures. Then they had a "corn maze" which was actually made out of wood boxes but still entertaining enough. It was fun to just hang out and visit with our friends and take pictures.

<img style="cursor:pointer; He was 7 lbs 1 oz and 19 inches long. He is the most beautiful baby and we are so happy to have him as part of our little family.

My due date was April 5th and I was expecting to go at least to my due date, if not past it. Everyone always says that first babies are normally late and your labors are usually pretty long. Well, that was NOT the case for me. My water broke at 9PM on Thursday evening. My brother Ian and his family had arrived around 4 that afternoon from New Mexico. They were spending the night at our house and then going up to Salt Lake for the weekend. Anyway we were having a nice relaxing evening when Ian decided to play an April Fools Joke on my sister Julia. He wrote on her wall that they had just arrived to our house when I went into Labor and that we were on our way to the hospital. This of course was not happening, but Julia being quite gullible was sucked in. All of a sudden I got a call, then ryan got a call and she was texting us. Neither of us answered cause I am such a bad liar... So we were all laughing about this as it kept going. Meanwhile I have been bouncing on my big exercise ball when I realize I have to go to the bathroom. So I go, then Susan (my sister-in-law) tells me to walk up and down the stairs a few times... so I do. On my second time down I feel a little wet and think I just peed my pants... kinda weird since I JUST went to the bathroom... then I feel a little gush. I run upstairs and go to the bathroom again... I realized quite quickly that it was not pee coming out but clear liquid. I shouted to everyone downstairs that I think my water just broke!! Susan, my Mom and Ryan came up to the bathroom door and were asking me all sorts of questions and we decide that it is definitely amniotic fluid. I decided that it was time to take a shower, shave my legs and get all clean before I go to the hospital. Then I put my "depends" on finish packing my hospital bag.

Since I wasn't having any contractions yet we decided to stay put and hang out for a little bit... We just had fun for awhile chatting and laughing at the little gushes I felt randomly and when I would change positions. It was really quite humorous! We called my Dr. and he told us to come in and get admitted since after your water breaks you only have about 24 hrs until you have to deliver. We got to the hospital around midnight and got all checked in. I still hadn't had any contractions yet so they decided that i had to be induced and put me on pitocin. Soon after the pitocin started I began to feel VERY uncomfortable. My contractions were about a minute and a half long with 30 seconds in between each one. They checked me and I was only at 3+ and 90% efaced. I was MISERABLE and 2 hours after they started me I decided that I needed the epidural. The anesthesiologist was pretty much outside my door ready to go and gave me the lovely shot in my back soon after. My right side quickly became numb and my left was having a harder time. They tried a few things to get my left side numb but nothing was working and all the contraction pain was concentrated in my left hip... can you say OUCH! I was not about to have gotten an epidural for nothing so he came back in and gave me another dose and adjusted the catheter in my back. Soon after my left side was numb and I felt NO pain at all... this was probably around 2:30ish. The nurse told me that her shift ended at 6am so another nurse would probably be the one to deliver and that a different doctor in my group started at 7 so it would most likely be him to deliver. I was fine with that and figured we would have the baby sometime that afternoon.

Well, when she checked me around 5am we were all shocked that I was dilated to 10 cm and that his head was right there! She put my legs up in the stirrups (very weird to look at when you can't feel your legs by the way) and told me to do a practice push just to see since it normally takes first time moms a few hours to push the baby out. I pushed once and the nurse yelled at me to STOP cause the baby was about to come and the Dr wasn't there yet! The Dr. arrived shortly and got all ready to go. I was able to push Dylan out in 3 contractions (about 8 minutes). It was so weird to see this baby come out of me and know that he was all mine. They cleaned him all up and gave him to me. He had curly dark hair and a cute little round head. It was an amazing experience and I actually enjoyed every part of it... even the part before the epidural because now I can be even more grateful for it! I was able to relax and be comfortable and even joke with the dr's and nurses. They were all amazed at how fast I went and warned me that for my next baby I better get to the hospital fast cause I will most likely go even faster next time.

We stayed in the hospital until Saturday evening and have been hanging out at home since. He has had lots of visitors including My mom, Ryans parents and grandma, Ian, Susan, Jaime, Emma, Taylor, Matt, Angie, Sean, Kyle, Jayson, Tyler, Cat, Blake, Benson, Abi, Mike, Penny, Izzy, Derdle, Adrienne, George, Kylee, Hilary, and Greg. I know that Dylan is loved so much already by all of his friends and family. He has blessed our lives so much and it has only been one week since his arrival. He has such a cute personality and is so adorable. Ryan and I both love him and are amazed that we created such a perfect baby. Welcome to the world Dylan! I had 2 in 2 days! The first was thrown by my friends Cat Potter and Penny Bergeron. (We were all pregnant together at some point and they both have had their babies already). SO I am the last one out of the 3 of us. They did it Saturday morning so it was a breakfast kinda thing. The food was sooo yummy! We had orange juice, oatmeal, banana bread, carrot cake cupcakes, Fruit skewers, a yummy egg dish and cinnamon buns. We played a fun Bethany quiz, measured my belly (which is 41 1/2 inches around!) and tried to figure out what chocolate bar was melted into diapers. We opened presents and just socialized with each other. It was a lot of fun!

This is me almost 37 weeks along. All the people that came to this one were from Work at Sam's. We had it at Adrienne's house and the food was AMAZING! She made lasagna and breadsticks. Those bread sticks were MONEY. They probably weren't very good for me but they were soooo good! We also had ceasar salad and this way yummy drink. The punch had diet 7 up, concentrated limeade, cucumbers, cut up limes and lots of ice. I was a little hesitant at first but it was the most amazing punch ever. We will see if I went overboard on eating this weekend.

I am just so grateful to my friends who put both if these showers together. I love you guys!!

I have one more shower this saturday that some ladies at church are throwing for me. It should be interesting since we are still fairly new in the ward. I am not counting on a lot of people showing up, but I guess you never know until you get there! 3 more weeks and this little guy will be here in my arms... I can't wait!
The Chambershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10568804914059914869noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1774013813938015978.post-30160096278411852252010-02-04T09:09:00.007-07:002010-02-04T09:21:31.468-07:00Recent HappeningsNot much has been going on the past month... just getting bigger and bigger! I don't have any recent pictures, I will have to have Ryan take some later on this week. We sold our old car which was a relief... didn't get a whole lot for it but we made a college kid from Haiti very happy! We weren't looking to make much off of it anyway since it was old, run down and we got it for free. I got this brownie pan from Ryan for my birthday and it is AMAZING! It makes perfect brownies every time. We also got an ice cream maker from Mike and Penny... and yummm does it make good ice cream. So if you wanna ever come over for dessert we will hook you up. I also got that cute shirt I am wearing from cat and derdle.

Here is a pregger shot of me on my birthday. As nice as the Holidays are it is nice to be back to our normal schedule and almost have our house put back together. I still haven't taken down all the christmas stuff... I think our first christmas together I had the tree up till March! A few days before CHristmas we were able to go to the Festival of Lights in Spanish Fork with the Potters. Benson LOVED it! And we were all pretty excited about seeing the lights through an almost 3 year olds eyes... Kids just make christmas more fun don't they!

Here we are with Benson on Christmas Eve... he loved the Dinosaurs we got him!

Ryan and I Christmas eve... RELAXING!

The day after Christmas the guests started arriving... Ryan's parents and grandma flew in and we were happy to have them stay at our house... much better now that we have extra bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! We also had my brother Ian and his family stay for 2 nights which was lots of fun! In total we had 13 people staying in our house! I think every room was occupied by at least 1 person. I need to be more grateful all throughout the year, not just at Thanksgiving. Oh and they aren't in any particular order or anything.

Family- I have one of the greatest families ever... whenever we get together (which unfortunately isn't very often) we have an awesome time. I know we don't say it much, but this seems like as good a time as ever... I love you guys!

Pets- Puma and Fenway are part of our family and even though they bug me sometimes they are still my children. I look forward to Puma snuggling under the covers with me at night and just whenever Fenway is being a good puppy.

Food- I am grateful for having good food to eat every day and a husband who likes to cook it for me!

Little baby Chambers- I know he isn't born yet but I love knowing that I have a little guy in my ever-growing belly. I love feeling him kick when I am relaxing and just knowing that he is doing alright.

The Gospel- I am thankful to have the church in my life and for freedom to worship as we wish. I am also glad to be married in the temple to Ryan and to know that we will be together forever.

Friends- I have some of the best friends a girl could ask for. They are there when I need them and I appreciate the time we spend together and the activities we do.

A Home- We love having a house now and being able to feel more like a family in it. It is perfect for us and we love being able to decorate it and make it feel warm and comfy.

Technology- I am so glad that we have computers and internet because I can stay in contact with so many more people than i would normally. They are great.

Jobs- Even though I don't have the job I would like to have I am very happy that I am working and making money. The long thing under "it's a boy" is his leg and right above that are the boy parts. I was nervous at first because they said that the ultra sound machine was having issues and that they may have to postpone our visit... I was just praying while we were waiting that we would be able to see our little guy. But they were able to take the back up machine out and give us the ultra sound. We will have to go and get another one done in 4 weeks to monitor a "bright spot" she saw on his heart. Hopefully it will be gone and we won't have to worry about any heart problems in the future.

Ryan knew all along that it was a boy since he has had several dreams about a little boy with dark hair... so I guess we will see if this little guy has dark hair or not. We are really excited and look forward to getting everything ready for him to arrive in April!

The Chambershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10568804914059914869noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1774013813938015978.post-54841828324722672252009-10-07T21:09:00.003-06:002009-11-16T19:41:59.064-07:00Exciting News...WELL, if you haven't heard our little secret yet I figured we should let you in on it... Ryan and I are going to have a B-A-B-Y!!! I know a lot of you are thinking... "well it's about time!!!" and it is since we have been married for 4 YEARS! I still can't believe that. We are both done with school, have a house, and a dog and cat. SO the next step was a baby.

I am 14 weeks along, so I just started my 2nd trimester. I haven't gained any weight yet so don't expect any bump pictures because it is non-existent... well expect for the flab that was already there to begin with but I don't think you want a picture of that! It's weird to think that I even have a little person in me since I haven't gained much yet... I have actually lost 6 lbs, but I am sure I will gain it back AND some! I haven't been TOO sick... just nauseated and tired a lot. I have thrown up once... and it was on the side of the road. It was a lovely time!

I keep expecting to see a Belly since my best friend is 10 weeks ahead of me and proudly sporting her baby bump... I just have to keep thinking that mine will come eventually and that I should be happy that I can still wear normal clothes. Ryan says that it will come soon enough and that by the time February rolls around I will be sick of being big and want my normal body back.

I don't have any "feelings" on what sex the baby will be... I really will be fine with either as long as he or she is healthy and cute. We should find out on my 20 week appointment which is a week before Thanksgiving, which is perfect for hitting all those after Thanksgiving sales. ANyway I will try to keep the blog updated better with pictures of me growing and with how I am feeling. At our first appointment the Dr. was saying that it's typical to gain 25-30 lbs during a pregnancy... Ryan was nice enough to point out that I would weigh more than him if I gained that... THANKS HUN that makes me feel real great!

The Chambershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10568804914059914869noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1774013813938015978.post-89640138999287701572009-09-04T09:10:00.001-06:002009-09-04T09:11:51.557-06:00
My friend had this posted on her blog and I thought it was pretty funny! Its all what were thinking every day but never say it out loud!

I wish Google Maps had an "Avoid Ghetto" routing option.

More often than not, when someone is telling me a story all I can think about is that I can't wait for them to finish so that I can tell my own story that's not only better, but also more directly involves me.

Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.

Have you ever been walking down the street and realized that you're going in the complete opposite direction of where you are supposed to be going? But instead of just turning a 180 and walking back in the direction from which you came, you have to first do something like check your watch or phone or make a grand arm gesture and mutter to yourself to ensure that no one in the surrounding area thinks you're crazy by randomly switching directions on the sidewalk.

That's enough, Nickelback.

I totally take back all those times I didn't want to nap when I was younger.

Is it just me, or are 80% of the people in the "people you may know" feature on Facebook people that I do know, but I deliberately choose not to be friends with?

Do you remember when you were a kid, playing Nintendo and it wouldn't work? You take the cartridge out, blow in it and that would magically fix the problem. Every kid in America did that, but how did we all know how to fix the problem? There was no internet or message boards or FAQ's. We just figured it out. Today's kids are soft.

There is a great need for sarcasm font.

Sometimes, I'll watch a movie that I watched when I was younger and suddenly realize I had no idea what was going on when I first saw it.

I think everyone has a movie that they love so much, it actually becomes stressful to watch it with other people. I'll end up wasting 90 minutes shiftily glancing around to confirm that everyone's laughing at the right parts, then making sure I laugh just a little bit harder (and a millisecond earlier) to prove that I'm still the only one who really, really gets it.

How are you supposed to fold a fitted sheet?

I would rather try to carry 10 plastic grocery bags in each hand than take 2 trips to bring my groceries in.

I think part of a best friend's job should be to immediately clear your computer history if you die.

The only time I look forward to a red light is when I'm trying to finish a text.

Was learning cursive really necessary?

Lol has gone from meaning, "laugh out loud" to "I have nothing else to say".

I have a hard time deciphering the fine line between boredom and hunger.

Answering the same letter three times or more in a row on a Scantron test is absolutely petrifying.

My brother's Municipal League baseball team is named the Stepdads. Seeing as none of the guys on the team are actual stepdads, I inquired about the name. He explained, "Cuz we beat you, and you hate us." Classy, bro.

Whenever someone says "I'm not book smart, but I'm street smart", all I hear is "I'm not real smart, but I'm imaginary smart.”

How many times is it appropriate to say "What?" before you just nod and smile because you still didn't hear what they said?

I love the sense of camaraderie when an entire line of cars teams up to prevent an idiot from cutting in at the front. Stay strong, brothers!

Every time I have to spell a word over the phone using 'as in' examples, I will undoubtedly draw a blank and sound like a complete idiot. Today I had to spell my boss's last name to an attorney and said "Yes that's G as in...(10 second lapse)..ummm...Goonies"

What would happen if I hired two private investigators to follow each other?

While driving yesterday I saw a banana peel in the road and instinctively swerved to avoid it...thanks Mario Kart.

MapQuest really needs to start their directions on #5. Pretty sure I know how to get out of my neighborhood.

Obituaries would be a lot more interesting if they told you how the person died.

I find it hard to believe there are actually people who get in the shower first and THEN turn on the water.

Shirts get dirty. Underwear gets dirty. Pants? Pants never get dirty, and you can wear them forever.

I would like to officially coin the phrase 'catching the swine flu' to be used as a way to make fun of a friend for hooking up with an overweight woman. Example: "Dave caught the swine flu last night."

I can't remember the last time I wasn't at least kind of tired.

Bad decisions make good stories.

Whenever I'm Facebook stalking someone and I find out that their profile is public I feel like a kid on Christmas morning who just got the Red Ryder BB gun that I always wanted. 546 pictures? Don't mind if I do!

Is it just me or do high school girls get sluttier & sluttier every year?

If Carmen San Diego and Waldo ever got together, their offspring would probably just be completely invisible.

Why is it that during an ice- breaker, when the whole room has to go around and say their name and where they are from, I get so incredibly nervous? Like I know my name, I know where I'm from, this shouldn't be a problem....

You never know when it will strike, but there comes a moment at work when you've made up your mind that you just aren't doing anything productive for the rest of the day.

Can we all just agree to ignore whatever comes after DVDs? I don't want to have to restart my collection.

There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far.

I'm always slightly terrified when I exit out of Word and it asks me if I want to save any changes to my ten page research paper that I swear I did not make any changes to.

"Do not machine wash or tumble dry" means I will never wash this ever.

I hate being the one with the remote in a room full of people watching TV. There's so much pressure. 'I love this show, but will they judge me if I keep it on? I bet everyone is wishing we weren't watching this. It's only a matter of time before they all get up and leave the room. Will we still be friends after this?'

I hate when I just miss a call by the last ring (Hello? Hello? Dang it!), but when I immediately call back, it rings nine times and goes to voicemail. What'd you do after I didn't answer? Drop the phone and run away?

I hate leaving my house confident and looking good and then not seeing anyone of importance the entire day. She is a yellow lab and full of spunk. We named her Fenway since we love the Red Sox. So now we have a cat, a dog and a house... all thats left is a kid! I guess we better start working on that... Anyway that last 2 weeks with Fenway has been fun. She wakes us up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom... or leaves surprises in her kennel in the morning.. but those are the joys of dog ownership right? Puma tolerates her to a point.. sometimes she even eggs her on a little bit. Fenway plays a little too rough for her though sometimes and she needs to jump up to get away. She has already grown a lot since we got her and expect her to grow a lot more over the next year.

She is definitely a daddy's girl!

\

She naps a lot and often time in interesting places... like daddy's shoes!

She loves playing already... she shakes her stuffed pheasant and also loves chewing on her bone and balls...
